Not only did Kristen make the usual alterations to my dress, but she was able to add sleeves to what had been the sleeveless jacket that my dress came with. I was incredibly nervous about how it would turn out, but I shouldn't have been. Kristen did a great job with the dress, and the jacket turned out amazing. She was super easy to schedule with, was very responsive to e-mails and calls, and was great to work with during the fittings. I definitely recommend her work!

More expensive then what she will tell you! – Today was the day I went and picked up my dress. The dress turned out to cost $100 over the amount she had told me the last 2 times I had been in for fittings. I am one of the recent state workers that got laid off, so budget is important. Regardless of what a bride's situation is, budget is important! The implied covenant of honesty and integrity that exists between buyer and seller is apparently lost on Sue of Oh Sew Special. I recently had the misfortune of buying a product that was falsely advertised by Oh Sew Special, and not only did Sue deny my request for a return, she displayed a sense of arrogance and callousness that has no place in business.
