Had the worst customer service ever today at this outlet store. Three young women (at a minimum) working. Didn't get acknowledged that we were in the store - ok, that happens; had to search for one of them to open a fitting room, more than once - very unusual here. Worst part was the lack of service provided by the youngest dark haired worker. She made no attempt to provide any help unless asked. 4 people in line to check out, and she only assisted after I asked if she was open for check out. Very disappointed in the service... read more

I took my wife to the store. She bought a sweater and three blouses. Everything went fine. The salesperson said @ll the stores were closing, but someone bought the online division. She did not know if the inventory was going to be the same.
