In my experience, when you walk into a store you're usually greeted. If not then when they see you they ask if you need help finding anything. I didn't receive any of these common courtesies. I was looking for a cocktail style dress and had heard they were having a sale. Unfortunately, I didn't find what I was looking for and my experience wasn't as pleasant as it could have been in this store.
