I have to give Michelle 5 stars. We had an existing triangular window with a jury rigged vertical blind. Michelle came to measure and suggest alternatives. In the end we chose a vertical that was custom fit for our window. Her follow up from installation and making corrections with manufacturer were first class. I highly recommend her.

Michelle came to measure and promised to get things done. My house is under renovation and I’m not there. Only the contractor is there during days. She wanted her husband to double check her measurements. Initially she said Wednesday evening or Thursday during the day. Then it changed to evenings and Saturday morning. Both are not business hours so I can’t ask the contractor to open the house for her outside of reasonable working hours. Very unprofessional to say the least.
