I made a purchase at the Bend Oregon store. The item I purchased shrunk and started to Unravel after one wash in cold water and hdry. When I tried to return the item I was treated rudely by the associates working that day. I wrote a letter to the corporate branch and received a canned letter back stating that I was a valued customer and someone would be contacting me within seven business days.
