Best nursing and rehabilitation center in the area! The staff are so warm and friendly. You can tell they really care about your loved one and put their heart and soul into the work they do. The environment is clean, and they have a robust PT/OT department and the activities department is constantly implementing creative ways to keep patients engaged and happy.
I’ve had 2 experiences with dresher hill my husband’s rehab an now my dad I can’t say enough on how their care was I love this facility the care the cleanliness the staff the love an thoughtfulness not only to the residents but to the families i highly recommend this facility for anyone loved ones
I can't express my gratitude enough to the staff at Dresher Hill. Thye have cared for my fiancé two times and both times they took excellent care of him. He was at Dresher from August 2024 to December 2024. He had recently had his leg amputated as well as a very large and extensive wound that he developed while at the hospital and that was allowed to deteriorate to the point that it was very serious and caused him to become septic. The service and the attention were over the top amazing. They took care of me without any issues and I felt very relaxed during my stay. The staff were right on the mark throughout my stay.
The worst of the worst!!!! Stay far away!!! My mother went there wound up on hospice care. She was supposed to be moved and brief checked every two hours. Only one nurse did this. The others had an excuse or pointed a finger at someone else. Nobody has compassion. Nobody cares. Director spoke to me and stunk of cigarettes smoke. After initial complaints, care got better, but then things got worse again. CNA said what’s the problem when it had been 4 hours since brief change- she’d dry- only to then see a BM when I asked her ... read more
