This place is awful!!!!!!!! Do not send your loved ones there! My mother was of sound mind but was in a wheelchair. A lot of the staff unfortunately treated her terribly. The only ones who were ever nice to her was an aide that ended up quitting and the maintenance people. No matter how many times she said something about having a uti or something being off about her foley cath, they ignored her. This is an amazing facility. They truly have a great team. Everytime I visit the resident look happy, not to mention my mom love it there.
If you are in need of a full-service nursing facility with a highly dedicated and skilled Administrator and Staff, Dresher Hill will exceed all of your expectations.
I thought it would be better looking for that neighborhood. The staff does a good job.
