Drenners & associates has been my on and off tax service for years now. I was referred by my aunt who has been doing her taxes with them for years as well. For the most part I have been satisfied with their services, and customer service. Even allowing payment arrangements to pay them for their work. However I’d be remorseful if I didn’t state the following information that could have literally cost me a fortune. Total scam, BAD BUSINESS! Been using them for 6 years, last year I turned in my tax documents different from other years, got charged double what I did, this year I turned them in the way I did in the prior years and they are still trying to charge me double. 1050.00 to prepare my taxes…. 2018 was 450, 2020 went up to 660,,, now 1050! What a joke!
We were recommended by a friend. They were awesome, gave great advice, friendly & knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
