Similar experience to others here - was a client for 4 years. They took on too many clients without anywhere close to the staff in terms of quantity or quality to support it. The last two years were a mess for too many reasons to count, including forcing my wife and I to file late because of their lack of capacity. I was then billed ~2x prior years (~$1,400 for a basic personal return for a married couple), including being billed for asking basic questions about mistakes they had made. I have worked with the folks at Drennan for five years. They used to be great. They took on too many clients without the staff to handle them. They screwed our taxes up two years in a row and cost me thousands of dollars in remediation and IRS claims. Then billed me for asking questions about their mistakes. Then they dropped all five businesses that I work with them on a month before tax season due to "we have too many clients". Just had a phone conversation with them. It was something like this: Me: Good morning, how are you? -Good. Me: I was wondering about your service for business and personal tax. -We don't accept new clients. Have a good day. *hangs up the phone*
