They lure you in with smiles and promises and push off any issues or complaints as if they are unwarranted. They don’t respect your money and act nonchalant when you express concern over their process. Do all your research and don’t buy into the “well take care of everything” sales pitch. It really should have been “we’ll take care of a, b, c, and if there’s a bump the rest is on you”. They are incredibly slow to respond to questions or pricing requests, and it’s next to impossible to get a grand total if you aren’t tracking it yourself. If you are unhappy with their process, be ready for them to throw it back on you with a litany of excuses. Buyer beware.
