Unfortunately, due to our conflicting schedules, I was not able to work with Miss Felicia, but she did assist me in finding another photographer whom was available on this particular day. Because she wanted to make sure I had a great experience for my son‘s graduation photo shoot even though she was unable to work with me, she took me step-by-step with finding another photographer who was able to and she made sure to follow follow up and check on my experience.
