I’ve been a loyal customer for several months, purchasing about one ounce every other week because I’ve always felt welcomed here. Unfortunately, today’s experience changed that at 12:50pm. As soon as my wife and I walked in, we were greeted with, “What do you want?” We were then asked for our IDs, which I completely understand. However, while I was already reaching for both of our IDs, the employee continued demanding my wife’s ID in a rude, confrontational manner.
