5 star service from David. Went back that afternoon and placed the order directly with him given the good experience and explanations he gave us earlier in the day. He deserves a promotion!
We were very well looked after by sally. She assessed both my husband and I for the mattress most appropriate for us. Showed us all the options available for us to try. Offered us refreshments and made us very relaxed during the ordering process. I did in fact have to phone the following day to alter my order as I had given the wrong sizing.
