I have nothing but positive things to say about Dreams Decor!! Trust me when i say i reached out to SO many decoration companies because i had a very specific vision for backdrop/staging/centerpieces/photo wall and had so many small details i wanted. Extremely disappointing service. It’s been over a month and I still haven’t received a pricing quote. I’ve called, texted, and emailed multiple times—they never reply on time or provide any estimate. Seems like they don’t want any customers. Very unprofessional.
Would absolutely never recommend her! I thought I would have my wedding planner and decor person all in one..and thought to myself what a one stop shop. But no, someone I believed would help me with one of the most important days in my life was completely useless. Shital is absolutely unprofessional. After so many calls/texts to move forward in the process, I just gave up. I don't care if your so busy or can't get back to me..this is not how you conduct business. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!
