I would give at least 10 stars. Great, fast and friendly team. Tahira helped me today, even offered me coffee. If you want a bed or mattress I recommend this company.
I went into the store looking for a double Ottoman bed for my daughter. The lovely store assistant asked me what I was looking for and showed me an ex-display model in the sale. Absolutely lovely staff, they were helpful without being pushy. I will definitely return when it’s time to replace my bed. Thank you.
Went into the Banbury store looking at options for beds. Tahira and her colleague (sorry didn't catch her name) were very patient with me and my partner and our indecisiveness. They gave great advice, and didn't hurry us. They were so kind to my 2 children offering drinks and snacks and drawing to keep them occupied and also let them just be kids and roam free around the shop helping us to have the time to browse properly. What a wonderful experience I had today. The young lady that served me was exceptional, the fact that she had only been with the company for 2 months she was able to explain everything about the beds and mattresses I required. I was so impressed with her how she knew so much in such a very short time. Well done you made buying a new bed so easy
Awful service. The staff member who served us, Spandana, made two mistakes (assembly was omitted and no selection of delivery timing was offered) concerning delivery. Beware: they charge individual fees for each aspect of delivery: delivery itself, emplacement in the room, assembly and timing selection. On telephoning the shop the day before delivery, these mistakes were identified.
