We have used Digna for personal and business and I can not warn you to stay away enough! We have not been able to file for TWO YEARS because of an error on her part. Instead of fixing the error, she told us to apply for an extension and fix it ourselves. WHAT! The issue? the IRS did not see a w9 and tried to audit us, which was submitted. She does not want to follow up or send any proof to IRS though it is her job. Digna has gladly taken our money and fails to answer emails or phone calls about progress. They refuse to follow up with IRS over a mistaken audit (all documents were given) and there is major lack of communication and accountability. They do not respond to phone calls, messages, and emails. DO NOT use their services unless you want to stress yourself out like we are
