This is an update to my review...can't get any help from this company to resolve my complaint...store emoloyees won't give me a name of a manager or owner to contact. Just keep putting me off. They took my money but won't do anything to rectify their mistake. Wouldn't recommend this furniture store to anyone...BEWARE.. Very bad experience I got my furniture today they could not get it through the front door. They only tried less than a few minutes and they didn't even take the leg's off the couch. I am responding to the company's remarks about my comments...this is my opinion on the bad reviews that i have read and I am free to give my opinion. Also, I know someone who has received very bad customer service from this company. Maybe they should deal with their customers appropriately. Many bad reviews about this store....wouldn't buy anything from them especially after reading the comment about the delivery men leaving the furniture outside ...very bad customer service
