Couch (over $2000) started dalling apart in less than 6 months after purchase. They don't get back to you and then they don't take responsibility.
This is the worst shop I ever visited. I ordered a new home furniture from them, they delivered after 6 weeks and late night then I called them as there was some problems in furniture to fix but they never send anyone to fix or replace. Before buying they were so nice and said that dont worry you are warranty for five years but now its only 3 months their furniture give us a problem and i complaint so many times but never get back with any solution. If I could give zero or negative stars, I would definitely do that. I order $3600 worth of furniture from this place and they delivered it broken for which I refused the delivery because I am somewhat aware if someone pushes you to accept broken stuff, they will most likely run away later so I refused and had them take it back to which they delivered after two weeks. When they delivered it second time, they left it outside my house even though I paid for delivery and assembly, I moved quintals of furniture with the help of m... read more
