“Stay away from Dreamland Furniture. My sister-in-law bought furniture from them, and it came with bed bugs in multiple items. After showing clear evidence, the staff refused to help, ignored our messages, and kicked us out of the store. This level of dishonesty and lack of responsibility is unacceptable. Save your money and shop elsewhere
We purchased bedroom furniture from Dreamland Furniture, including a bed, dressing table, and side tables. A licensed pest control company confirmed bed bugs inside the furniture itself. After contacting the store multiple times with proof, they stopped responding. When we went in person, we were treated poorly and asked to leave instead of being helped. No accountability, no resolution, and no support for a serious health issue. This experience felt dishonest and scam-like. I strongly advise others to avoid this store.
Worst Furniture Experience Bed bugs were found in our bed, dressing table, and side tables. After showing proof, Dreamland Furniture stopped replying and kicked us out of the store. Very unprofessional and dishonest.
