I see a lot of positive reviews, but my experience was not so enjoyable. I have yet to get the site up and running, my questions take a long time to get answered. It was a simple photography site with no e-commerce complexity that I could upload and change photos to a fixed format. There is no compression built in, so you have to modify the photos through 3rd party software and hope that it works. I have to believe Squarespace would have been a better choice.
