Love the therapists here but the admin side of things is super scammy. They “didn’t have time” to verify my insurance before my appointment, something that takes like 10 seconds. Because they hadn’t checked my insurance they wanted me to pay fully out-of-pocket and a higher price than if my insurance was billed. There’s so many different ways they could’ve dealt with this, including checking my insurance after the visit and billing me the difference but are so focused on money it seems like they lose sight of the important s... read more
I have had several amazing massages at DreamClinic over the years. My first was after a rollover car accident, sent to this clinic by my doctor. They were able to address stiffness related to the accident and made it simpler to move again. Most recently, I went in with a bad case of working at a desk, and I was able to get mobility back in my shoulders where I store most of my tension. I recommend them to everyone I know who is looking for more than just a relaxing massage, but is using this as a true treatment.
I am an avid runner and went in after a long night not being able to sleep because of pain in my calf from an ultramarathon. Booked a sports massage with Shaun the morning of and had the best massage ever. He has P.T.-level knowledge of muscle groups, and was able to figure out what was causing the pain and by the end, he had almost completely eliminated the pain from my leg. He also gave some great tips for prevention and strengthening. I can’t recommend Shaun enough for sports massage
Not fancy. But very people conscientious, professional and solid.
