Jane has planned several trips for our staff and me over the past few years and she has always been awesome. Our plans and schedules have always detailed and accurate. We have never had unexpected fees or charges, she has been a professional who has provides exceptional service both before and after the trip. I will continue to use her for all of my travel needs!!!!
This travel agency is run by a jane, she is a complete idiot, if you want your vacation screwed up, call her. She has no qualifications to be a travel agent whatsoever. As her a detiled question about a cruise and she will have to get back to you, because she;s never been on one !
