Booked a load with them on Friday to pick up on Saturday. Driver never answered the phone on Saturday. We emailed dispatch to check and got an answer "Checking" and he never got back to us. The load was never picked up. The load was supposed to pick up in Houston, TX. Per macro point driver went from Dallas to San Antonio and stopped there. We gave them everything they asked for, including a top tier rate. I do not recommend using this company. As of today they are on DNU and will never take them off.
