These girls definitely live up to their company name - they are the dream team! We connected with Alix through our realtor and we felt we were in good hands since the first consultation call. She was always so friendly and took the time to also get to know us instead of just quickly get the numbers out of us and move on. We are so grateful for Dream Team Lending and specifically Alix! We recently sold our house and purchased a new house and we’re only able to do so with the creative thinking of Dream Team lending. The name says it all. Loli and Alix are truly a dream team. From the first communication to the last. Their combined approaches, and experience do not leave any gaps in their game. I cannot recommend them enough. They made everyrhing so easy and always had an answer to my questions. They would get back to my emails and text messages at any and all hours. They took such good care of my family.and I. They helped me to learn and understand so much more about the process. I dont know how many different scenarios for how many di... read more

Tim and I had the pleasure to meet and work with Loli and Alix with Dream Team Lending. As first time buyers, it was definitely a new process for us and a lot of unknowns on our end. Their level of professionalism and personal relations made it so easy. They were able to answer every phone call and email quickly, assist with every question and concern thoroughly, while creating a peace of mind for us. It was as if we were the only clients! What Loli and Alix did for us was always in our best interest as well as others. They ... read more

There is little doubt that one of the most challenging tasks many prospective homeowners experience is finding a mortgage lender who will not only listen to your desires, but an individual who will guide and support you through the entire process toward home ownership. To this end, both my wife and I were truly fortunate to work with Dream Team Lending, located in Vacaville, California. The Dream Team lending officers, Loli Martinez Calbert and Alix Pate, set the standard for exceptional client support and satisfaction. This... read more
