My first and last time here. Booked a spa morning and afternoon tea. A friend and I witnessed some extreme and vile racism in the changing rooms, a middle aged english 'lady' stormed into the room complaining about pakistani couples being in the spa, she spat on the floor in front of us, called pakistanis "scum" and when she was told there was no need for that she became more aggressive and threatened to stab my friend outside, and began shouting she "will kill someone today"..
