We had a great experience at Dream Dresses, Helen was really friendly and helpful and allowed my daughter to try on as many dresses as she wanted. Fantastic experience, would highly recommend.
Although the owner seemed friendly enough we didn’t really get a personal service. All of the dresses were very much the same but in different colours. They were expected to sell themselves. The overall shop had a tired appearance and we had a workman/delivery man milling around while my teenage daughter was trying on dresses. The dresses were ill fitting and looked like they were maybe sourced from popular websites … ? The shop wasn’t the cleanest, although the assistant was lovely. However, after over a hour of trying on dresses, when we found the right dress, we were very disappointed to find it had been taken by another student at the school. This should have been double checked and prepared before we arrived.
Absolutely amazing experience here with my daughter, Katie and Helen made us feel so comfortable and were so helpful and knowledgeable about styles and colours that would suit my daughter best. My daughter picked a beautiful dress and is so happy. I would highly recommend Dream Dresses they had a great selection in lots of different colours and styles.
