My daughter needed a dress for her 8th grade banquet so we decided to try Dream Dresses. Our salesgirl Audriana really "got" my daughter, and helped us find the perfect dress after trying on only 4! I was so impressed with the entire experience-their selection is enormous, the staff is knowledgable, friendly and not pushy. I will definitely recommend this store, and intend to shop there again for Sweet 16 and Prom!
This was the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Most of the employees here were extremely rude and unprofessional. My 17 year old niece and I went to shop for prom dresses. My niece was very specific with what she wanted and they could have easily helped us find it. We got no help and little direction but were repeatedly told to "just look."
