Great service. Happened to stop in after a ride to see what tires they had in stock. My rear brake needed bled. I asked, "how long?" He got it bled and dialed in under a half hour. (Worked perfect on a ride a couple days later.) I'm used to, "next Wednesday" or similar. Thanks!
Vee (owner) has such a positive, welcoming attitude. This is my new go-to bike shop in Phoenix. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for expert advice and top-notch service!
Great little shop. Owner and mechanics very knowledgeable and friendly. So nice to be taken care of right now instead of making an appointment and we’ll see you in a few days. Reminds me of the old days. Good selection of parts. Ebike and analog specialist.
I called 30 minutes before they closed with a fairly obscure part. Come on in they said, so I raced on over. I was helped by the owner, his lovely wife and their adorable son, Oliver. I left with the part (no one else in the valley had) and feeling encouraged and welcomed back. Great local business, great people, good shit! See y’all soon, thanks!
