Great staff, quick responses, knowledge
Staff is very rude and very poor customer service. The owner herself hung up on me and when I called back to try to speak with her, Carol wouldn't let me speak with her and hung up on me as well. I asked if this was the way they ran their business and she said "yeah, obviously." VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Bought a fridge from the shop this month. Had a minor issue with it and they got it taken care of right away. Great staff and selection. Nice to know we have someone who can keep us up and running in the same area of town that we are in
Very expensive, $180 to tell me what I already knew, then another $700 to fix the fryer that I could buy new for $600!
