I am very disappointed with the attorney David, when working with him I basically was the one reaching out to find out what was going on, he was not very active at all in the case. I was charged $5K I had to give him $2k down and $3k from the bond money I posted. The case was over in April, the clerk's office told me that he signed off for the $5k, I have my DocuSign showing his charge of $5k, with the $2k down and the $3k from the bond as stated and text messages confirming that.
