Failed to fix my product.Even after they told me it was fixed
Guy there was so sweet. I needed help with printing something since I forgot it last minute and he helped me out instantly without any thought.
Very very rude receptionist. Was asked to leave the phone earlier in the day. Was told we will be called when its done. 7hrs later, we called to ask for an update. Then we were informed they cant fix the phone and they close in 30min. We had to hurry to drive there before closing. And when asked why they didn't call us beforehand to inform us, the receptionist acted like she didn't want to talk to us and just handed the phone. Do NOT GO to doctor cell if you need to fix a laptop. Im not sure about phones but with my laptop i needed thr screen fixed, within one month of getting my laptop fixed aftwr waiting SEVERAL months it had issues. So like any customer i took the laptop back for my 3 month warranty, when i get there he told he had checked thr issues and said i DROPPED my laptop.
