Renting Drayton Gem Cars was one of the best things I’ve done for my family! We rented one for Halloween and the kids had a blast with the music and lighting features. They are easy to drive. They also DELIVER! It’s a small locally owned business and I like putting my dollars back in my own community. Communications were convenient with texting and calling options. I will for sure be renting again soon!

So much fun. Camping or events is awesome. I used one when my car was being worked on. I ran all my local errands. Went to HEB and Walmart. I picked my granddaughter up after school. I also picked up dinner. It was easy to charge and the battery lasted all day. Love them even more at the beach
Can’t beat supporting a local family owned business! We had a wonderful experience with Drayton Gems! They were on time and so informative. They answered our call when we needed assistance during our rental time. Can’t wait for our next rental!
Says open online. Get here. Sign at the door to call and no answer. Great. Wasted my time. No one cares about anyone’s time or anything anymore. And to not even answer while business hours that they aren’t even open is just crazy. How do these places stay in business. Did our standards as customers really decrease this bad? Do we just accept the worst customer service and it’s ok? Should I hunt someone down to buy something from them? I’m just floored. What is going on
