Highly recommend! I went to physical therapy for pain in both of my knees. From the first session, Adam thoroughly explained the plan for tackling the problem, why the pain was occurring, and the work required to reach my goals. I went to physical therapy with lower back pain, arthritis in the knee and severe pain in the ankle/foot. I was unsure at first that physical therapy would work but halfway through my whole experience I started feeling a change for the better. The first thing that improved was my foot which was the worst of the 3 things. I've been in physical therapy two times, both with Drayer, but at different locations. My first round of PT left a bad taste in my mouth, and I was very negative and skeptical at first when starting my 2nd round of PT. I started my 2nd round due to just having had TMJ Bilateral arthroplasty with disc plication. My first round, I had not had surgery yet and it was 2-3 years prior.
