Jess was great to work with for pelvic floor PT - definitely recommend!
Jess was very thorough during my initial visit for pelvic floor strengthening. She showed me a model of the problem area and explained how the muscles worked and what was needed to strengthen them. Over the weeks that followed I did sets of exercises to strengthen my pelvic floor. She explained that core exercises are also involved and included exercises for those areas as well. I enjoyed working with Jess and recommend her as a therapist to anyone going to Drayer for therapy.
Their staff is very attentive and professional.
