Hannah and Caitlin were great to work with and great at explaining the details of my care plan. They always took my concerns into consideration.
The therapist are great. Came up with plans that helped me to manage day to day activities. The billing department is another story. Not happy with billing. Got the run around with billing department referring me to therapist office and no one getting back to me.
I loved working with Hannah, Caitlin, Aron! I went there after I had two surgeries to repair my broken patella. They were very caring and positively challenged me throughout my rehabilitation. Mitchell, the Administrative Assistant, was very accommodating when making appointments and very professional. I have recommended them to several people and will continue to do so!
