I started physical therapy about 4 months ago because of extreme pain in my lower back and the pain went down my right leg. I kept falling which greatly affected my recovery. Nevertheless, the staff at Drayer Physical Therapy Institute in Strasburg were fantastic working with me to get my pain manageable so I could continue my exercise. They are a waste of time. And their sister pt benchmark. I highly recommend going somewhere else for phsyical therapy. I litterally been waiting for weeks and all I got was the run around. Benchmark receptionist doesnt want to do her job and they will no follow. The receptionist in strasburg is a amazing women and she is the person i dealt with that made me feel ok with trying to do business with them.

I can’t say enough good things about Drayer Physical Therapy in Strasburg. I worked with Kat before my rotator cuff surgery to prepare for the procedure, and then with both Kat and Rich afterward during my rehabilitation and recovery. I had a great experience with the two physical therapist who helped me regain a lot of mobility caused by sciatica and lower back pain. Richard and Kat both were committed to helping me and it showed in the care they gave to me and you could see their dedication to all their patients. Highly recommend the Strasburg VA office.
