Lovely decor items although expensive. However, owner is rude to customers: dismissive, unfriendly and unhelpful. We are very happy to support local businesses, but we expect respectful courteous treatment from owners and staff: businesses need customers, customers do not need 'nice to haves' which is what this store sells. We will be unlikely to return and support an entitled owner.
I’m writing this review because what should have been a special Valentine’s Day outing turned into a very disappointing experience. My husband surprised me with a trip to Prescott — our favorite getaway for the last 14 years — after I had a really rough week. Drawn West has always been one of our go-to shops whenever we visit downtown. We stop in every few weeks, and I regularly purchase items here to bring back for family in Phoenix/Tempe. took me a while to find what I wanted on the web - and then found Drawn West - perfect - ordered online a pendelton aztec pattern duster - I had to call the store and change the size - and the staff could not have be nicer and helpful. Duster arrived shortly - with a small gift as well for purchase. Hope to actually visit the store someday - I live in northern California. Quality was exceptional.

I come here yearly for new boots for my kids. Today my 2 year old daughter was being a bit difficult and indecisive while trying on boots. Josalyn was so patient with her and even got her to cooperate.
