Disappointed with the dishonesty. I can’t support a business that misleads its customers. The owner claimed the Turkish lamps were locally handmade, but that’s simply not true. She told us a made-up story about a “local Turkish lamp maker from Turkey,” but I quickly found identical mass-produced lamps online with the same markings. It’s frustrating to be lied to—customers deserve honesty, not fabricated stories. This is a huge turn-off for me. Also the markup in INSANE ... VERY Cringe
I am so sad. I love the merchandise this store carries. However, my daughter wanted a clock they carry for Christmas. Grandma was purchasing it for her. It was $15 more here than Amazon, but to support local I asked Grandma to buy it here. It was broken out of the box. When we tried to exchange it the owner refused. My 9 yr old is sad and a waste of $70. I guess we should have used Amazon.
Josalyn took great care of me. I've purchased three Pendleton jackets that I love. Keep up the good work.
10/10 service, the girls were super sweet and helped me pick out the cutest pair of boots. I believe the girl that helped me was Josalyn
