I am so sad. I love the merchandise this store carries. However, my daughter wanted a clock they carry for Christmas. Grandma was purchasing it for her. It was $15 more here than Amazon, but to support local I asked Grandma to buy it here. It was broken out of the box. When we tried to exchange it the owner refused. My 9 yr old is sad and a waste of $70. I guess we should have used Amazon.
Josalyn took great care of me. I've purchased three Pendleton jackets that I love. Keep up the good work.

I was shopping with family and I came across this super cute store! I didn’t buy the bear cuddly when I was there, got back to California and realized I needed the bear over sized sweatshirt cuddly. I called and said I need the bear cuddly, so I had them ship it to me. I called to let them know I received it and that I love it so much!!! The ladies are all sweet and very helpful.
