had a really disappointing experience working with Sarah Drawdy. Communication was poor, follow-through was lacking, and it felt like basic responsibilities weren’t a priority. The process is already stressful for families, and having someone who is difficult to reach and slow to act only adds to that burden. I also felt that financial interests seemed to take precedence over actually doing the work expected of duties she is required and taken under oath.
