We have called and left messages because they have never answered their phone (even during business hours they are open) We have 3 blinds from them under warranty and can’t even get in contact with anyone. Will leave an updated review after I wait outside there parking lot if they are still in business…

I ordered 3 Hunter Douglas Blinds from Drapery Place. One of the Blinds broke, all the blinds were under a Warranty. I called Drapery Place to repair the blinds. I was told it would take 10 days. I finally received the blinds after 6 weeks. I had to call Hunter Douglas Customer Support, they helped me get the blinds back. Keith Glanzer from Drapery Place hung up on me, and would not return the phone calls. I have had work done and am pleased. As for not calling back or returning calls I haven't had that happen to us. Perhaps they lost your contact info. I would try once again.

I take my friend there thinking might be a good place. They seem nice. They know the measurements and gig and give a ballpark estimate of around $1200. Ok. That's right in line with other estimates. You guys seem nice. Sure! Come over to measure yourself and final sell your drapes. She takes the time to meet the guy and it's Oh wait! You live in Edina? Did I say $1200? I meant $6k!!! Should rename the store Shades by Shady. Boo... hisss...
