This company has terrible customer service. I received a miss sized sweater from them after years of buying from them never returning. I contacted their customer service and the rude Reo told me that she would only send me a replacement if I paid to ship it. I wrote about this to them many times and they pretty much didn’t care. When I returned the item they charged me 9.99 for shipping the return. They lost a really good customer but they don’t care!
