I give it two stars because they do make the process to turn in everything very simple and fast. They have an app with a checklist that facilitates this. For being a first time home buyer, not the greatest experience. Between the realtor and them, everything felt a bit pressured and hurried. I would just get a notification in the app and then an email just to tell me I needed to fill out/sign documents as soon as I could.
