I’ve been using Drape Fit for almost 3 years. I’m surprised by such negative reviews. All my style fits are really great and always on time, the stuff is good quality and affordable. I love their return policy and ability to extend my return window as per my requirement. :) :) :) :) :)
A package I attempted to ship back to them got lost. I had mistakenly dropped it off at USPS but the post office told me that it was placed in the pickup box for UPS. UPS informed me that Drapefit should open the claim on the missing package. Drapefit was completely unwilling to work with me or open a claim with UPS. They treated me like a thief. Like I would steal the grandma clothes they sent me 😆
I started getting a Drape Fit Box 6-7 months ago. I get boxes every 2 months. The quality is great. I have consistently used the same stylist and typically love most of what she sends. My stylist is great with variety and matching pieces. I can't often find things I like in stores and most of my favorite pieces I own came in a Fit box. Drape Fit is an absolute nightmare. The clothes they sent were horrendous and completely unwearable. What's even more alarming is that after I canceled my account, they claimed to have sent me more clothes, which I never received. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue, they continued to harass me until I paid just to get them off my back. To my horror, they did it again. It felt like I was caught in an endless scam. I received my 3rd Drape Fit box. I was so surprised. I expected to get at least a few items ,I wouldn't like but I loved everything in the Fit box. My stylist totally got my style. One sweater I love but it's not my color; I tried it on and it looks amazing on me. The clothing quality is very good. Plus I love the convenience of having items delivered to my door.
