Waders leaked first time out. Drake took over 1/3 of my duck season to replace my waders, and the replacements leaked first time out too. Full story below. I will be posting a full review on my YouTube channel Sage Roots Outdoors. I bought a pair of neoprene waders before season. First day out they leaked. Called the company was given a return label with 30 days to return. Hunted in them 2 more times and sent them back. They received my waders on Dec 1st and let me know they would have a pair to send me the following week (week of the 7th). The week of the 21st I had not received my waders or any word as to where they were. I tried emailing and leaving a message at the extension of the lady that was helping me with no response to either. Ended up going to customer service where I was told a new pair would be over nighted to me. A week later no waders and no word again. Called 12/30 but their office was closed Xmas thru New Years. So I left a message listing the time frame out and asking a manager call me back to discuss a refund. No one called me back but rather over nighted a pair of waders to me as it was post marked shortly after my message. THIS PAIR LEAKED FIRST TIME OUT TOO! I called and asked for a refund where I was told I had to keep exchanging waders until I get a pair that doesn’t leak, or I can get a gift card so I could purchase more of their crummy china made garbage. I will never give this company another penny of my money. I’d recommend you don’t either!

I bought the Ladies Eqwader coat and refuge bibs. Nothing fits very well. Bibs are real bulky, and already have a couple of holes after one season.

Their Pro Staff Manger is sexist and believes “women should just got back to the kitchen”. I will not support a company who is okay with employing a person like that with those beliefs. Lots of women are hunters and our numbers are growing. You have lost my business for life! ✌️

My husband bought a pair of waders two years ago for hunting. He has used them for a total of 6 or so weeks, the rest of the time they spend their days in our garage and they already have a hole in the sole of the boot and they are refusing to replace them or do anything other than a small discount on another pair. Definitely not worth the money if they only last a few weeks worth of hunting.

Judging by reviews they haven’t changed. Ordered a Women’s 9 waders, a jacket and some accessories. Waders came and just say “SIZE 9”... clearly men’s size 9. They didn’t care to resolve this at all, was pretty much told that’s too bad. Quality wise, they have held up. That means I’ve continued to clunk around in them, because I can’t sell them for near what I paid. This company made me 💯 regret this purchase.
