We have been using Gruntworx to populate our tax software for many years. There have been glitches from the tax software end (CCH and UltraTax) - Andrew has helped resolve every glitch - he knows his program... Andrew is fantastic to work with as is all the crew at Gruntworx. Thy have the best software support team I have ever worked with!

Service is getting worse and during summer it is zero out of 10. The software is not user friendly at all. Intuit products and great service will beat Drake software in minutes.

I have used Drake for over 10 years and I have never been disappointed. If you are looking accuracy ,reliability and security, drake is go to. I had clients who were audited by taxing authorities and their calculations agrees with the returns. If you do not have in depth understanding of taxes you may feel lost as drake is a professional software and not like other software that set up as training models. Customer service is great- never had a bad experience. I would recommend Drake to anyone.

This software is the worst. Its ancient tech, not AI powered. Gave lower federal and state returns after I tried other software. The customer service was horrible, not helpful. Customer service messed up a return so bad, I had to amend it. Never again, biggest regret ever. DRAKE YOU NEED AN UPGRADE TO YOUR OLD TECH. On top they are sooooo expensive for subpar software stuck in the last century.
