I've been using Drake for 11 years and have witnessed the downfall of the support over this software. Where once they would answer the support line in under 5 minutes, they now have a hold time of at least 30 minutes. Then, once you get through, there's less than a 20% chance that the support team will actually know how their software works. You have smaller wait times calling the IRS, which is pathetic. In summary, their fees go up every year, while their quality drops down. Find other software options.

It is with a heavy heart that I write this review. I have been using Drake for the past fifteen years. I have strongly suggested some of my peers use it. Unfortunately, the last two years has seen them drop from a five star to barely a two star software application. Their customer service gets zero stars while the software is holding it's own...barely. I have a small practice and will be changing software from Drake to another, yet to be determined. 've always bought this software, but this time I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. As a tax preparer, I always buy the PPR package, and if I get more clients, I upgrade to the unlimited package and only pay the difference. This time, the accounting service refused to do it and wants me to pay for the full unlimited package and lose my other money?
