Terrible. They made my tax business lose hundred of dollars this year. Drake is 0 flexible with its clients. The software is good but the customer service from their corporate is the worst. Avoid if you don’t want to lose money
Have been with Drake for over a decade. Missed the early bird special by a couple of days...was sick as a dog. They gave not issue telling me that I would have to pay an additional 1,000. They have been ingrains their fees a lot recently anyway and the software is not very good. I really stayed with them based on being the lowest which is no longer the case. They simply said "goodby"
Tried doing a 2024 return, got told I did not have any PPR. Went to purchase and it purchased for 2025, they would not refund. Paying for each signature when the system doesn't work and the signature box does not get filled is incredible. Will not be using Drake next year. Garbage program, bad customer service.
Be sure to double check your Trades if you use the populate trades. I recently had an issue that some long term stocks were classified as short term (no all only about a 42 out of 161 of trades. The explanation I got from Gruntworx was there is a glitch in the software with an apology. No offer of any kind of refund or credit back to my account.
