I have been going to the gym for 25 years. i have sustained many injuries during this time, some injuries nagging for several years. i met Alex many years ago and his knowledge, experience and strong hands are second to none. i have seen many Myos and deep tissue practitioners and none even come close to the skills that Alex has. i highly recommend Alex to anyone looking for someone who is constantly educating himself on the human body. I feel so fortunate to have found Alex to look after my family and I would recommend him without hesitation. I am continually amazed by Alex's intuitive understanding of the body and he always seems to fix any ailment that we present him with. My three daughters (11/13 & 15) also see him regularly for neck and shoulder maintenance from screen use and he is absolutely fantastic with children and teens. Quite simply, we would not see anyone else. One of the best health practitioners we have ever had and an expert in his field.
