I hired Richard in early August to handle my bankruptcy case. Was helpful until I paid the retainer fee of $700. From there, I did not hear from him for over a month. Would not return my phone calls or emails. I even went to his office and was nowhere to be seen. I had to hire a different attorney since I did not know what happened to Richard. Finally got back to me when it was time to collect more money. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Richard Drake is the most efficient, effective, and competent lawyer I have ever worked with. He is personable and easy to talk and work with, as well as extremely available and responsive. Going above and beyond the call of duty, I would highly recommend him.
