Friendly, fast and easy to work with. I ordered an expensive e-bike from a bike shop in San Diego, they told me it would ship to me assembled, but it didn't. I called a few place in town including REI and no one wanted to touch the assembly. Drake Cycles was super nice, they did a great job and did it very quickly. Thanks!
I was in town for work, and I had an opportunity to ride, so I rented a mnt bike from Drakes and had an awesome experience. Not like the hills of East Tennessee, but definitely just as beautiful. Nice shop and some really nice employees. I highly recommend them.
I have been coming to this shop ever since I moved back to town and have had only favorable experiences with them. Super knowledgeable staff that has always done a great job keeping me informed every step of the way. I completely trust them with my bike repairs.
I recently moved to Fort Collins and was interested in a bike to ride around town. Eric was incredibly kind and helped me make an educated purchase when I haven’t owned a bike since I was a kid. He fitted the bike I was interested in and let me test it in the parking lot, then helped me find the perfect helmet. Highly recommend stopping in here for any and all bike needs and I will definitely be back in the future!
The guys at Drake were super helpful troubleshooting my bike hub issue and set me up with a nicer and more reliable upgrade; now the bike rides better than when new. Quality work and friendly staff.!
