Placed a order online 3 weeks ago, haven't received any notification, emailed them got nothing back, sent a message through there facebook the message was left on read. what's the point of providing places for customer enquiries when message are just ignored.
Phil is a good guy and it's a great place to play a game. Only ever met nice players there. They're able to order stuff in if you're chasing anything specific.
Recently ordered some mtg singles from dragon's lair, a week later I had not received a notification of the items being shipped. I attempted communication through the contact form on their website. another couple days later after still getting no response, I sent a message through facebook. The messages shows it was seen, but again I received no response. Clearly the physical store is a great place, judging from the posts going up online. But there seems to be a lacking of anything towards the online customer
Recently ordered a Hardback from these guys, I haven't received my order or any communication from the store after multiple attempts to contact them. Ongoing since April 17th (its now may 26th). Highly recommend to NEVER buy from here, completely unacceptable service. And im STILL paying for something I haven't received as their payment methods do not have any viable support options. Its entirely based on the stores email, which they obviously do not respond to.
