I'm sure the actual store is lovely, but the online shopping experience has been horrendous. Please don't make the same mistake I did. Order placed on 09.07.2025. No tracking information was forthcoming in the next few days so emails were sent. No response. Saw on these reviews that the business "has trouble with emails" so called the phone number on 18.07. Great hobby store, owner is a chilled guy and has built a good community. Highly recommend, for the hobby!
I have looked through other reviews and regretfully have had similar experiences with Dragons Lair with my online order. I strongly suggest people stay away from purchasing from this store. I heard nothing for weeks about my online order, until I took initiative and contacted Dragons Lair. My emails went unanswered and several phone calls weren't picked up. Placed a order online 3 weeks ago, haven't received any notification, emailed them got nothing back, sent a message through there facebook the message was left on read. what's the point of providing places for customer enquiries when message are just ignored.
Phil is a good guy and it's a great place to play a game. Only ever met nice players there. They're able to order stuff in if you're chasing anything specific.
