I’ve only had about three sessions so far, but I can already feel a difference. Jessica is truly amazing — so kind, understanding, and easy to talk to. She’s trauma-based, and I can tell she really knows what she’s doing because I already feel lighter and more aware after each session. She creates such a safe, comforting space, and I genuinely look forward to seeing her every week. Highly recommend her to anyone who’s been through trauma or just wants a therapist who really listens.
