I would highly recommend Dragonfly Hypnosis to anyone considering hypnosis. I was a bit skeptical before my consultation, but Evaleen took her time to really get to know me and my concerns/issues. She thoroughly explained the process and what I could expect. Our sessions really helped me and the at home cd's she gave me are extremely helpful. I am very thankful to Evaleen!
