I have been a customer here for years. All the negative reviews are accurate. When I first became a client, they did a great job. That lasted only a couple years. I've been a customer of Dragon Tax for a few years now and have had nothing but great experiences. They respond to emails quickly, are very knowledgable, and have been proactive in helping me with myriad tax and financial situations that have come my way. I struggle to think of what they could have done to make the relationship even better, it's been a truly wonderful experience. Especially in an arena where the risks are so high and the details so important, Dragon Tax delivers!

Negative stars. The worst accounting company I've worked with. The were incredibly nice and responsive during the onboarding calls, but everything following was a NIGHTMARE. They pretend to care, they're unresponsive to emails, they make empty promises, miss deadlines, and think an automated messaging system is good communication. Everything is automated to the point where you don't even know who's doing your taxes. You rarely will get to speak with an actual CPA accountant.
