The worst accountancy experience we've had. Originally their R&D was great, which meant we decided to move to their accounting services. This has been the worst experience of our lives. We've had warnings on Companies house due to their incompetence. They submitted VAT late TWICE and we have penalties sitting on our account with HMRC thanks to Dragon Argent. These accountants left us with 3 penalties for late VAT submissions. We never had that before with any accountants and haven't had any since. Never. Just them. Terrible accountants. Genuinely a shambles. Other than submitting late, they make mistakes, they left us with a terrible situation with HMRC on VAT, they made mistakes that meant any repayments we were due we didn't get.
